To view the practice schedule, please download the Stack Team App shown below and create an account.

Once your account is created, request access to Southwest Florida Vaulters. Our staff will review and approve your request. Once approved, you will have access to view the practice schedule and team information through the app.

You will also be able to sign up and RSVP for practices directly through the app so our coaching staff can plan accordingly.

TRAVEL COACHING

When Southwest Florida Vaulters travels to an away competition, an additional Travel Coaching Fee applies to athletes competing at that meet.

Monthly membership dues cover regular training and coaching throughout the season. The Travel Coaching Fee covers the additional time and resources required for our coaching staff to travel and provide coaching and athlete support at away competitions.

Coaching Fee

The Travel Coaching Fee is charged per athlete, per meet.

Elite Members

$60 per athlete, per meet

Elite Members receive free use of Southwest Florida Vaulters poles for eligible competitions, based on pole availability.

Rising Elite Members

$85 per athlete, per meet

Rising Elite Members receive the same meet-day coaching and athlete support. Pole use is subject to the applicable pole rental policy.

Traveling With Your Family

Athletes who travel to the meet with their parent or guardian are still required to pay the applicable Travel Coaching Fee.

Parents are responsible for their athlete's transportation and lodging when traveling with their family.

The Travel Coaching Fee includes:

Meet-day coaching
Warm-up and competition support
Athlete supervision during competition
Meet preparation and coordination
Coach travel expenses associated with attending the competition

Traveling With Southwest Florida Vaulters

Athletes who travel with the Southwest Florida Vaulters coaching staff may have an additional Team Travel Fee to cover transportation, lodging, and other travel-related expenses.

Team Travel Fees are separate from the Travel Coaching Fee.

Team travel spots are limited due to transportation, lodging, and coach supervision capacity. Spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

All athletes must have a USATF membership in order to practice. Once you have obtained your USATF membership, you must also join our team using the team code: 14-1546.
